Sounds like you might have a double entry in your avantgo connection setup to me. I am using the custom settings and the Avantgo connection is close to 4 times faster than before.

You might want to check your Avantgo connection setup on your PC. I had that happen to me before and when I checked, I had two connections under the setup. Don't know how it happened,

I've got to agree with smittyofdhs. I tried the Custom setting and found no appreciable difference from the standard. I usually synch twice a day, once at my office and once at home. This way I have all my info in two computers. I find that in the office I really don't care how long the synch takes, I'm working on other things while it does its thing. The same at home. I'll put my Prism in the cradle, push the button, and go about my business.
