I've got to agree with smittyofdhs. I tried the Custom setting and found no appreciable difference from the standard. I usually synch twice a day, once at my office and once at home. This way I have all my info in two computers. I find that in the office I really don't care how long the synch takes, I'm working on other things while it does its thing. The same at home. I'll put my Prism in the cradle, push the button, and go about my business.
