My Public Apology
I have submitted a sworn statement to Ebay. In this statement the writeright screen protector is mention. In order to use Ebays site you must abide by their rules. One of their rules deals with
Copyright Infringement, Patent Infringement, and Intellectual property rights.
Regardless of what the majority might say on this web site or others. One day I will show
everyone that I do indeed own a patent on the combination of an electronic device and a screen

The only people that are talking about lawsuits are the people that have been warned. These People, Companies, and Corporations can't believe that I thought of this product before the Lap Top was released for sale, Before the Palm was invented, Before the 1990s.
For the gentleman that was selling on ebay. I only went after concept kitchens product called the
writeright. This is an infringing product. Do not support this product.
I have seen postings on this site regarding G Speno. Whom ever posted the information it is in correct. Please go back to Mr. Speno s page and read it again.
The supposed concept kitchen response is incorrect. If you indeed are from concept kitchen you know how to contact me. The royalties on every screen protector for a Visor or
Palm size screen is $0.15 each. This is not a ridiculous amount. This is a reasonable amount.
This royalty will not double the price regardless what these other people are trying to tell you.
They are making a tremendous amount of money. Do not let them say other wise. They are
stirring all this debate up. I am monitoring all of the sites including AOL.
For these people (Mark, Herb, and CraigbobXXXSPAMKILLXXX, etc.) when they are brought
to justice. I will ask the judge to have a written Apology from these persons involved. I will ask
permission to post it on this site and others as a form of public apology.
Please have an open mind on who is posting to this site and other sites.
I am not here to rip off the consumer. I have every intention on helping each Visor owner protect their devices. If litigation was not involved (with these Other Companies, etc) just think of the savings all of us would have. I will pass the savings on to the consumer. I have in the past reduced my prices. As more people leave the screen protector business. I will again reduce my prices. As long as others want to suit me. I cannot reduce prices. Do not support these other companies they are Infringing my work.

) has had a protective vinyl strip across any area that might be scratched. How in the world can the idea of putting a protective strip across a screen be considered the intellectual property of ANYONE?! Perhaps Mr. War-man came up with those little strips they've been applying for years, eh?
