Who is a Good Dedicated Host?

I am looking for dedicated hosting. Perferabally under $150 a month and offering the most bang for my buck. I do want some sort of control panel installed on it, ensim, plesk, etc. I would like to have a *nix host but if there is a great deal on a Windows host I would take a look. I have looked at rackshack and they seem to be a good choice but I would like other options.

I am currently using two hostsHost Matters and Veoweb, but neither currently as a dedicated host. I have not seen much downtime on either site, the sites are fast, and I have recieved friendly and fast support. I would recommend going to either SitePoint or
Web Hosting Talk and asking around.
