Which Smartphone do you prefer?

I currently have the Samsung i500 (used to have the Treo 300). I'm starting to miss the keyboard so I'm trying to decide if I should go back, or stay with it. Which smartphone would you get and why?

Why is the 270 treated as a step child?
So the i500 doesn't have a KB, but you knew that b4 you got it. There must of been other "benefits" to the i500 that made you get it. Are those benefits trumped by the lack of KB?

Happy Treo 600 user, so far. Thanx Cingular for having an unlocked phone. 
My Treo 600 is my phone, my PDA, my watch, and my MP3 player. Oh yeah, I take a picture once in a while with it. Convergence is such a great thing.

I didn't mention the Treo 270 because I'm talking about Sprint phones.
Yea, somehow the keyboard is outweighing the other benefits!
