Red face

During synch, I get the following message when some of my memo pad records are being sent to the visor. I have plenty of memory available. Within memo pad I have several catagories and most of them will move into the visor but certain ones won't. It doesn't seem to be related to password protection or not since both types are within catagories that successfully synch.
MESSAGE BELOW:

The memory in your handheld may be full. To check the available memory, select Menu/Info from the handheld's Application Launcher.
- Some PC records were not copied to the handheld. Your handheld may be full. To correct this situation, delete some records and perform a HotSync operation again.

Check the .pdf documentation on the install disc. I don't remember what the solution is exactly, but it mentions precisely that error message several times.

Exclamation

I have read the pdf documentation and nothing refers to the hotsynch rejecting only certain records. If I look at the hotsynch log I see that all synching is OK except for some of th memo pad entries. Some entries transfered and some didn't.
