Visor Edge Cradle & Sleek Aluminum Case Mods...

Ok, I've been using these mods for about 3 months now, and finally got around to taking some picts.

I was annoyed that I couldn't hot sync unless I slid up the case an inch or so, and also that I couldn't access the reset hole. So out came the Dremel...now this was my first effort. I'm going to buy a second one, and do it better. The cutting tool on the dremel kept trying to skip, which marked up the back more than I'm happy with...but you'll get the idea....

BTW..I took these with my eyemodule, which I picked up at BestBuy on clearance for $30.00!

Notice the curved edge by the hinge...next time I'd cut straight across, and square it off a little more. Also, I wouldn't leave the lower 'tab' as it requires too much cutting on the cradle then...

Well, you could use VisorCentral's built-in Attachment Feature...

When you create a new Post, there's a box to fill in below.
Just attach the pics! But I think it's 1 picture per post

Its ugly, I know (first effort). I tell you what though, I hated having to slide the case up all the freaking time...drove me to destruction!!!!

I think my second attempt will be much sharper, cleaner, etc.

I just really like the sleek aluminum case...pure & simple! (Plus, I'm annoyed when something doesn't work the way I think it should!!)
