My configuration: Power Computing Power Tower Pro 200 with Entrega 4 Port USB card. MacOS 8.6 with USB Card Support 1.3.5 installed.

I just got a Visor Deluxe yesterday and attempted to install the software and get it working at home. After installing the software and rebooting, the Finder would crash every time I hit the HotSynch button on my USB cradle. I tried increasing the memory allocation for Conduit Manager, Serial Port Monitor, HotSync Manager, and Palm Desktop but the Finder would still crash each time.

Apple System Profiler reported that the Visor was a Modem device.

I tried installing USB Card Support 1.4.1 and suddenly it started working. I can Synch and use Avantgo. One weird thing though, Apple System Profiler doesn't see the Visor now.
