300 Baud Support on Visor?
I know, why in the world would someone care to communicate through the HotSync port (using an RS232 cable) at 300Baud. The hardware I'm wanting to communicate with, unfortunately, is limited to 300 Baud.
I contacted Handspring to see if there was a patch for the OS to allow it, the Support person said he gets 2 calls a year about this apparent bug and they won't fix it. If I setup the PC to talk to the VisorPro through a direct serial connection, it works fine at 1200+ Baud. However, if I set the COM port for 300 Baud I get some odd characters (or wrong characters). Repeating this same experiment on a friends VisorDeluxe works fine, just not on a Visor running PalmOS 3.5.2H1+.
On to my question: Anyone know of a hack/app/etc. that will allow a VisorPro to communicate down at 300Baud? I know weird request, I'm shaking my head too
TIA!

My little girl is 3. She can already navigate my VisorPrism and knows where to tap! She has mastered TealPaint (including changing colors, tools, etc.), not to mention several games. In the Avatar, she is playing some tunes on the SoundsGood MP3 player. It's amazing how fast kids can learn if you give them a chance. Now if I could just keep her from making those long distance calls on my VisorPhone...
