As a Staples employee, I apologise for any problem that Staples is giving you in getting your Visor's and accessories. All the Staples employee's in the related area should have watched the training this past Wednesday and should know something about Handspring and the Visor's. Also, all Staples stores were instructed to display the Visor Deluxe as soon as it arived.
If anyone has a problem looking at one or getting one at their local Staples, I would suggest asking for a manager and finding out why. Not all the sales assocciates know what they are talking about, actually, most don't, but the manager's are familiar with the store policies and all the paperwork from the higher-ups, so they will know something about the Handspring products.
