Handspring offers additional stock, receives Qualcomm investment

Handspring today announced the public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock, and that it has received an investment from Qualcomm.

Good buy?

Anyone have a market analysis re: Handspring at $5.50? Previously, its been as low as $1.50. I remain skeptical regarding this company as a long term investment. With their Treo only coming out on GSM (and thus abandoning most of the US), I wonder what this product line will really do for their bottom line.
