Recovering from a fatal error :-/

Hey, just last night (at about 11:30 when i was in bed) i pulled my minstrel out of my Prism and got a fatal error. If i click "reset" on the screen, it restarts and goes back to the error. I did a hard reset, remembering i had it all backed up on my memplug CF and 64mb card. I popped that baby in and restored it, getting yet another fatal error AFTER the restore was complete. The programs i have had trouble with before were AIM and Multimail...so i deleted those to see if that might be it, and when i try a warm reset the error comes back. Anybody have some ideas on what the problem may be? Could it be the Prism and maybe i need to call up Handspring and get a replacement? Or what if i was to start over, and reload my programs on...whats the easiest way to make a list of the programs i once had on, and put them all on my prism in an orderly way? Thanks again....

-Dave
