I have a handspring visor deluxe which I have been syncing sucessfully with both my serail machine at home and my G4 USB machine at work. Now the USB cradle refuses to sync. Another friend at work is haivng the identical problem. We have done everything we could think of, minimum extension sets, reinstalls, changing ports, swithcing ports, all to no avail. 1 1/2 hours of hold time to handspring, and they seemed pretty clueless- they are sending along another cradle. Anyone have experience with this?
