That's not a bad start for a wacked conspiracy theory. Still, it needs better motivation; I'd suggest a cabal of evil South Africans. I mean, let's face it; Africa is probably not high on the hit list of the time-travelling agents of the US government.

On the brighter side, I recently bought a Gore-Tex raincoat. And then it stopped raining, which was infuriating. But fortunately, we had a pretty nasty rainstorm few days later, so instead of cowering under the bus shelter with the weaklings, I was able to skip about under the rain, shaking my fist defiantly and crying out, "Do you worst, Tlaloc, for protected I am in the dry toasty embrace of GORE-TEX!"
