I've been trying to upload GIF images and it would never upload. I finally tried a few JPGs and it works fine.

Hmmm... let me try one...

Worked for me. Are you by any chance trying to upload a file that exceeds the size restriction (102,400 bytes)?

Aha! You are right. The GIF was 132K. My fault. When I saved it as a JPG, it shrunk below the limit.
