OLED's screens on Palm's ???

When are we going to start seeing OLED'S screens on PDA'S, especially palm's pda's. Also built in bluetooth?

Built-in bluetooth has to be a ways off as it is still a niche market. I'm expecting bluetooth expansion fairly soon, however. Probably with handera first (well, PPC first, but drivers will be made).
