Son of a...

Well, I dropped my new VE about two days ago and the screen is royally cracked. The new replacement VE cost $85, which hurts enough. However, that blow is lessened by the fact that I received my replacement by overnight mail today (I called HS yesterday afternoon).

My question is, the return is paid for by HS. The instructions say explicitly, "you must return your defective Visor Edge and your flip cover to prevent additional charges". But they say nothing about the stylus...

When I had my VDX replaced i wondered the same thing. So I asked. They said that everything they ship int he box with the replacement needs to be replaced with my original VDX. In other words if the new one comes witha stylus send the old one back with its stylus.
