Is'nt it possible to upgrade the OS for The VD? I have read this at a couple of reviews, but the handspring web site says it is. :-)

The Visor does not have Flash ROM, and thus cannot get a major Palm OS upgrade (e.g. 3.1 to 3.3 or 3.5). It can however get a minor Palm OS upgrade (or patch), since these are installed in RAM (e.g. 3.1 to 3.1.1).
