wireless web/sprintpcs with WWDL(airprime sb3000)

Oh my god. Now I know what people are talking about when they criticize Sprint customer service. Some of their reps. don't even know what is on their own web site! What I'd like to know is how to customize what I see when I boot up blazer on the sprintpcs portal site. I went to the manage area and selected the stuff I wanted but there seems to be no way to get it to show up on the visor. Help.
