Is anyone having trouble with the on and off button? One of my agents has a BVD and you have to keep pushing the on and off switch in order to get it on or off. We've tried a soft reset and hard reset. Neither have worked. We've also tried as a few suggested pushing at the top of the button. Should we return it? Thanks, Debbie

Try playing with the Prefrences General area for auto off-after. Maybe he set it to three minutes and it just seems like it doesn't turn itself off. I f that doesn't work sounds like a CS issue.
