Unhappy

Visor Deluxe is giving me a lot of problems lately. I don't have a tremendous amount of programs on it...just Datebook 4, Weights 2.0 (a workout program), and Album To Go (which I have since deleted).

I have had many occasions lately where I have powered on my Visor and had no response. I could sometimes do a soft reset, sometimes I need to do a hard reset (thank god I have a backup module!!!)

Yesterday Datebook 4 started to do something funny, when I went to input info into a contact, the screen was not receiving my stylus properly and would go to the wrong place on the screen or not register at all.

I downloaded Symantec's virus program to see if I had a virus but I came up clean. This evening, she seems to have died for good : power on was a blank screen, soft reset did nothing, hard reset did nothing, pulled the batteries, reset, put the batteries back in and power on resulted in the following message :

MemoryManagerNew.C,
Line : 4128, Invalid Handle

This unit is my second, the first was replaced earlier this year because of the DRAM issue. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem when I installed Datebk4. I didn't have any DRAM issue. As soon as I delete Datebk4, the problem is fixed.
