Visor phone troubble.

I just bought my visor phone and when I plug it in I get a Fatial Exception error can anyone help me out?
UPDATE: I get a fatal error MemoryMgr.c, Line:4340, NULL handle . I get this if i remove the module and only way to get it working each time is to reinstall my programs one by one after a hard reset. Can someone help me? My added programs are Avant Go ,and the fallowing games Bejeweled!, FreeTris, Galax, Heli Rescue, Joust thats all the extras on my prism.

Have you tried to do a full rest of your Visor? I'd do that first (after backing up all your apps of course) and see what happens.
