SONY 760 Battery Life

Curious.
Just got a Sony 760 and the battery seems to withstand about 12 hours of moderate use. Sometimes longer, sometimes shorter.
Is this about right? I understand with the color screen battery life is shortened considerably but, I am curious what other 760 users experience.
