Does anyone know how pervasive a hotsync is? I need to make sure that I can back up ALL my data off the internal memory, as I plan to upgrade it soon.

I've got access to solder reflow machines and memory chips to do this upgrade myself. Question is how to back up all the data, not just the records and tables, etc.
