anyone used a gethichtech.com case

I know, cases cases cases. I'm thinking about either this case from http://www.gethightech.com/item.html?PRID=1022228

or http://www.handspring.com/products/Product.jhtml?ID=98

My concerns are: protection, accidental button wear/tear and using springboards.
