connection lost during installation

Hi,
I encountered serious problem when I tried to install a "large" (~15k) software onto my visior neo with hotsync. The connection stops before it finishs the installation. If I install smaller application or do simple syncronize then it works fine.. So I'm not sure the problem is hardware or software.

I use Palm desktop 4.0 on Mac OS X, with ibook 600MHz. The error message in the log file looks like

Loading �Install Conduit�
Conduit �Install� version 3.0.0
Sync type is Fast
Failed to install noah_lite.prc
- Lost the connection with the handheld device.
