I bought a Visor, but decided the VDx was a better choice. Useless customer service reps couldn't find, let alone change, my order, and since I ordered by phone, I can't seem to cancel the original order either. I ordered VDx.. is it worth selling the regular Visor here or on e-bay, or should I just refuse delivery and ship it back?

I would sell it here...I sold mine within 60 mins of announcing it. Easy and clean.

Of course you should sell it. First of all, you can make some profit if you sell it on Ebay. Also, even if you sell it to someone here "at cost", you don't have to cover shipping.
