Two Visor household . . . can we sync our datebooks?

Hi,

I am new as I just received a Visor Delux from my dh after I saw his! I am learning a lot and loving it!

I want to know if we can somehow sync or beam our datebook appointments so that we know when the other has an appointment? We have three children so this would be helpful for doctor visits and outside activities. I heard about an on-line site where you could co-ordinate schedules, but that is not what I want to do. Any help will be appreciated.

If you're using Microsoft Outlook and PocketMirror (Std or Pro), you can use these instructions to setup "multiple handhelds to one Outlook profile and COMBINE the Outlook Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and Notes data for each handheld". There's a more robust option when using the Pro version of PocketMirror. Another option is to use DateBk4 which allows beaming of entire datebook categories.

I know of a Program called "WeSync", but thats probably the web based program your talking about.

Thats all i can think of at this moment butt ill check around and get back
