I updated to Mac OS 9 last night and this morning, I can't hotsync.

The sync starts, but stops part way through the process (somewhat variable points). On the Mac, I just see the process end (no error). On the Visor, I eventually see a message that contact has been lost.

Suggestions?

It's all better now. Needed an update to the desktop software version 2.6, which is available at
