A friends Visor seems to be going bonkers.

Tapping the name of an app does nothing, but tapping the icon does launch ther app most of the time.

Running digitilizer causes the thing you are supoosed to tap to move around without being tapped.

He says he doesn't have any Hacks running and he has tried a hard reset.

Any Ideas?

He is planning to call handspring next week. He got the visor as a gift would this cause any issues?
