Question

After nearly 10 months of faithful service, my Rhodiana case's belt clip button broke, leaving me without a belt case for my VDx. I have yet to find another belt case that I like as much as the Rhodiana, so I ordered another. I was quite suprised when it arrived, as it appears that they have improved upon the design quite a bit. There is now a tab of moveable fabric over the hotsync cradle port, allowing the visor to be synced via a laptop hotsync cable without removing it from the case. The belt clip button is also much sturdier, and the elastic straps have been slightly repositioned. There is also a holder for a stylus on the outside of the case. All in all, I'd have to say they are good improvements.

As always, your milage may vary.

Same thing happened to me. I sent mine back to Rhodiana for repair. It came back in just 3-4 days! It now has the new "button", too. All it cost me was the shipping to San Diego from the LA area. I'm very pleased with their service and product.
