daylight savings time

I just realized my Edge was an hour too fast. I thought that DST was built into the OS. You'd think this is an option that would be built into the date keeping mechanism, but I guess it's not.

Anybody have any clue on this?

p.s. - I composed this yesterday, but I got distracted at work and never sent it in...

Re: daylight savings time

Daylight Saving Time handling is built into PalmOS v4.0. For any other version one needs some third party software. Possibilities include something that does the DST adjustment or something that that does a time-sync with your desktop that does the DST adjustment. I personally use DST Panel and TimePAL. Though TimePAL does not appear to have been updated in some time.
