Broken prism case
I love my prism. but one day when I try to attach my foldable keyboard, I heard some crack. anyway, my case is broken and I need a replacement because the prism still works but I can no longer use it to recharge or hotsync.
Any help would be appreciated!

It almost sounds like you broke the connector too, which means you would have to replace the motherboard also.
Sometimes www.pdaparts.com carries Visor cases and motherboards, but it appears that they are out of Prism cases.

There are actually two boards inside your Prism. A main board and a button board. Take your visor apart (it's ok, you won't hurt it) and you will see that the connector is soldered to the button board. This arrangement is a definite weakness in the Prism - the connector should be better supported, but it is not.
You can remove this board and replace it easily. I would look for a nonworking model and swap out the boards. You can also buy one online at PDAParts for a low, low $39.95.
