Hi,
I have used laptop internal modems for RS-232 sessions. It usually needed another external modem and the ability to give Modem commands through a terminal program. I would have the laptop modem connected to the external modem through standard telephone wire and then connect the external modem to the RS232 source.

I wonder if this can be done with the Visor Modem. I do not have a Visor Modem and am thinking of getting one. This would solve the lack of a serial cable - just a thought if someone has both the visor modem and an external modem and wants to run a test!
