Unhappy No contact with my screen

I'm not getting any response from my screen when I use stylus or fingers anybody experienced same problems. I have tried to hardreset it but it did not help.It's a Visor DeLuxe i have

So after having done the hard-reset, I assume you are stuck at the digitizer calibration screen, unable to get any further, unable to do anything with your DLX except turn it on and off. If this is where you are then:
  • If the DLX is still under warranty, then give Handspring a call to arrange for a replacement.
  • If the DLX is no longer under warranty, then you have some chooses:
    1. Open up your DLX and look around. It may be as simple as a loose connection. (It is getting to be colder weather now (in the northern hemisphere), so remember to ground yourself on some metal object before starting, then ground yourself to the negative battery terminal before and after opening the case.)
    2. Giving Handspring a call to arrange for a out-of-warranty replacement. I think they charge $80 (US) for this.
    3. Time for a new PDA.

The same thing happened to me. The digitalizer is gone, or so they tell me. If it is out of warrenty, it is a great excuse to upgrade.
