Dave, I am pretty sure that they just placed the slim leather case price under the backup module, and visa-versa. The case usually costs $24.99, and the backup module sb is usually $39.98.... So, I think it was one of their ususal typos we lucky folk @ VisorCentral partake in quite regularly. I can remember the 8mb Flash sb, and the folding keyboard, off the top 'o the head... Love them type of "sales"

In that case: "Never mind"

=Dave=

Unless, of course, you're using BackupBuddy

By the way, BackupBuddy Software has changed their name to Blue Nomad.

Just did it

Boy am I glad I happened upon this thread. I've been putting off buying one of these for a while, and finally went out today when I saw the price they were being offered at.

I've been having trouble with my digitizer for the past few days (it's a DIY replacement), and it finally stopped working just a couple hours after I bought the module, and I inadvertantly erased all the memory while working on it. I'll be getting a new screen in the next couple days, and if that doesn't work, a new Visor...either way, it's a life saver.

just picked up a couple last night (1 for me and 1 for a christmas present) .... thanks for the info guys! the cashier knew about the problem but thought it was entered wrong in the Staples computer. SO when i went to pay for them the first thing she said was "oh, these are the things they have wrong in the system, i'll have to punch in the 'right' price" before i even showed her the flyer!!

Now, when do you all think the OmniSky module goes on a 'Staples Sale' ?????

If the flyer is still good, can someone kindly scan and email it to me? I'll go grab one for me and the wife.
