VP Ringer

I'm sure that this has been mentioned in a few threads but it is buried! What options has anyone come up with to enhance the ringer choices on the VP? Can you link a tone you created/got outside the VP suite? Can you modify the speaker?

I'm just getting sick of missing calls because am I on a noisy street and the vibe is in my pocket. Thanks in advance...
