Memopad synch hangs on Prism

Need help!!

I have been through several rounds of emails with the Handspring support guys.

I had to hard reset my Prism, during the process of resynching every app synch excepts my memopad. Tried to disable other apps and force memopad to system overwrites handheld, and all I get is a "Synchronizing Memo Pad message".

Up-to-date on the latest and greatest Palm Desktop, and running HS3.5.2v1.5.

Is there someway to force the memopad to update, using a 3rd party hotsync manager? I have been working on this problem for a week to no avail.
