Visor (Prism) and Home Icon

My Prism seems to have this very limited launcher built in and assigned to the home icon on the left of the grafitti area. This launcher is not very function, and I would like to associate the Applications launcher, also included on the Prim with that icon, so when I tap the icon I get the Applications launcher.

IS there a way to do this?

Are you using a 3rd party launcher app (or have you in the past)? Some of them have an option to use as the default which needs to be disabled before they are removed.
