I installed a USB port card yesterday and all worked fine. Today when I hit the hotsync button I get "connecting to computer" and a faded FATAL EXCEPTION box, locking up the Visor Deluxe. Need the pin to reset. Tried removing the drivers for the card and rebooting. No luck. I did add the launch "tab" program and memo plus yesterday. The unit itself works fine.
