visor tech support is noting that there are many people reporting problems using launcher III. I've had to ditch the "Home" organizer, which i ran w/o problems on my IIIX, because it crashed the visor too. What organizer is Handspring recommending we use? I bought my deluxe so that i could load MORE apps, not fewer. So far this is one finicky pda.

Launcher III was the first thing I installed on my Visor. I also have many games, a few apps and a few hacks. I've had my Visor since Friday night, and I still have not had to reset. In fact everything I have tried has worked great. I may reset it soon though, just so I now what to expect if I am ever forced to reset. I have version 1.40 of Launcher III - no probs here.

I've been using Launcher 1.5.1 and the only problem I have seen is that it displays extra bullets when the 8MB module is in.

I've been running Launcher III 1.4.1 for a couple of weeks with no problems at all. I love the smaller landscape and tabs.

I have exchanged e-mails with the Launcher III author. He said that he'd made some fixes to 1.4.x and implemented full Visor compatibility in 1.5.0. He is not aware of any outstanding Visor compatibility issues.
The latest version is 1.5.2 and I recommend that all Visor users install that. It seems to be working fine for me.
