Trouble syncing

Have been syncing on my iBook for years, no problemas. Today I got the following error msg:
Couldn't open /Library/Application Support/SyncService/501/PalmConfiguration.txt, skipping iSync 5/6/03 6:42:33 AM

Wouldn't sync. Any one got a solution?

Re: Trouble syncing (me too; in OS X - 4114 error)

I let my Visor batteries run down for a month and just tried to sync today. I kept getting the "4114" memory error, so I updated to Palm 4.1 (I use Mac OS 10.2.6). When I installed it, it told me that the computer didn't appear to have enough physical memory (bullpucky - I have at least 1GB of RAM installed). When I tried to sync in 4.1, it still gives me the 4114 error.

All the messages and FAQ's I can find on the net say that you're supposed to use the "Get Info" window to increase the memory allocated to the Conduit Manager, but this is only useful if you're running Mac OS 9.x.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem in OS X??
