OK here's my problem
My office uses Outlook 98 and I have installed and synch'd to it.

My home office use Outlook 2000. I have tried to synch my work office to my home office and have failed.

How do I blend the two?

I'm not sure what your problem would be but it's not because you have Outlook 98 on one machine and Outlook 2000 on the other. I was successfully synching with Outlook 2000 on home PC and Outlook 98 on work PC without doing anything special.

I have since upgraded to Outlook 2000 on both machines.

OK, I guess I over reacted, its now sync with outlook 2000
