Question Modem or not?

I'm looking at getting a wireline modem for a visor , I live in a small town and there is no wireless ISP's for palm of Handspring, I'm looking at possibly a thinmodem or a Xircom SpringPort 56 any sugesstions?

Read the reviews and get familiar with their respective features. My personal recommendation would be the Thinmodem+ with the 8mb of Flash memory.

I'd recommend the Thinmodem or + as well, the regular has around 2MB storage in it as well. The Xircom takes batteries, but if you have a Motorolla Star-Tac laying around, it can use that battery too.
