How to Extract dll or cab Files from Windows ME

I am lacking three essential dll files which are supposed to be located in the windows/options/install directory. Is there a way to selectively unpack dll or cab files directly from the WIndows ME install disk? Naturally, I'd much rather pluck the three fils from the disk to Run them than reinstall the entire Windows ME operating system.

I'm not sure if this is available in WinME but look for an app named SFC.EXE (mine is in \Windows\System). This is the System File Checker and it should detect the missing files (assuming they're system files) and offer the option to restore them.

Do files get embarrassed when they get unzipped?
