Visors are not on Best Buy's web site.
Are they available in stores?

Thanks

Looking to buy one new, or would you be willing to go used?

The Best Buy Website, only put's on certian products.. I have a feeling that they only put on the products that pay to go on.. My friends dad is entering all the data for them So I should ask.. but yes, they are selling Visors. They give Visor's as much space as Palms!

Sent them an email yesterday about a video camera not showing...their reply indicated that they do not carry ALL their merchandise on their website...get this, they "rotate" it. What GENIUS came up with that concept???

Red face

I've had a few email conversations with the wonderful folks at Best Buy. It seems that successful brick-and-mortar does not translate good web sites. They haven't a clue.

That's exactly why I don't shop at Circut City unless I have absolutely no choice.. (CompUsa is kinda in the same boat as far as I am concerned)..

Both places have the (technological) pox as far as I am concerned.. I bet they both call Nintendo cartridges "tapes"..

(God I used to hate that when I work in retail years and years ago..)

I recently (last week) saw them at Best Buy...but they had zero modules...I mean they didn't really carry anything other than keyboards. CompUSA had a decent selection...but the service was rotten.

If you know what you are looking for then go there..but don't expect any help. They know less about handhelds than they do about computers.

Yes, I agree the display was in shambles at the two Best Buys I was at, what few products they had were off the hooks and on the floor and bottom shelf (it looked like it had been mugged) and most of those kids working in those places just care about getting their pay check and hooking up with their friends after work, play games on their Play Stations and who is popular or not in their high schools... I actually don't have issues with this, (I worked in retail years ago, so this is no surprise to me), just don't try to inform me (i.e. B.S.) about products you know less about than me. I recall a pretty funny incident about Mp3 CD-R's and a certain DVD player, the kid insisted it's didn't play them, I happen to have one in my pocket and proceeded to prove him wrong in front of 30+ shoppers.. was pretty funny for everyone except him.

(mattbehrens - I confess, I am a secret shamrock shake drinker)

Talking

Best Buy usually has such lousy service I've gone and refer to them as Best Try since they always like to try to get your money before you realize you're buying something that probably isn't for you.

Unfortunately newbies to anything get hit with this, and then they try to get you to buy the extended warranty which boosts their commission. About proving them wrong, I do it all the time, and it's hilarious to embarrass them in front of other people they're talking to.

Once I helped save some guy a lot of money because he asked a Best Try employee what he needed to setup a home network. This kid pointed him out to the wireless networking stuff, and was like you need this and this and that, by the end of the ordeal, after the Best Try guy walked away, I told him how he could save a lot of money on setting up his network. Just buying this home networking kit which was a fraction of the price and had everything he reallly needed.

I've considered applying to Best Try, but I'm not sure how well I could handle the coworkers.
