Exclamation

We have already placed a requested get the Playboy banners removed. We are part of an advertising network, and such we accept all new banners by default.

I will have a discussion with the advertising network to not send us any questionanable banners in the future.

According to Marcus, the PB ads will be discontinued with the next round of new ads.

Thanks Guys,
I personally understand the need for the advertising revenue, but my wife and young daughter have asked several times about these Ads commenting that they have never seen them before when I have "browsed" the web. This will make it a bit easier for me to continue to use your site.

Just so it isn't all bad...

I rather enjoyed the Playboy ads. I even clicked through to the site to check it out. And yes, I am a male in my twenties so I guess that advertising is targeted towards me, though I do understand if people don't want the ads.

Here, here! Another heart-felt thank you for getting rid of those Playboy ads.

(My wife was giving me quite the disapproving look...it's bad enough that I'm nearly addicted to the site, but those ads didn't help either! )

Good call on the ads. I don't have any problem with them, but they did seem out of place on a site like this. I always associate adult advertisements with low quality, unprofessional sites.

Wink

If any ads should be destroyed, it is that annoying monkey-punching ad. I fear my employer will think I am hanging out at some game site while I am supposed to be working. It's hard enough to fake work while I'm on your site already.

Yep, I'll have to agree about the monkey ads. Makes me dizzy seein' that little fiend fly across my screen so fast. (maybe I'm gettin' old).
