 VisorPhone power button??

Has anyone had a problem turning the VP on with the button? I can no longer turn it on with the button.It can be turned on thru the on screen button. And of course the VP won't turn off unless the battery is pulled. The button on the top still has a good feel to it when used.Anybody had this problem???

HS tech support replaced my VP 24hr service. Cust now pays all shipping.
