 Unhappy Visor emulator

Shortcut - dot - dot - 1" fails to achieve the flashing cursor or buzzing sound. And I desinstalled all my hacks.

For starters, you need to be using the serial cradle for this to work, the debugger needs to be running, and the Visor needs to be in the cradle when you perform the shortcut command.

 Unhappy Visor ROM

I want to obtain the visor ROM with USB but when I write write Shortcut - dot - dot - 1, nothing appears!!
What can I do ?

I've heard others admit this problem: make sure you write the "1" on the numeric portion of the Graffiti area.

Also, try doing a warm resest... that will deacticvate any hacks or OS extensions.

Okay, maybe this the the problem instead ... It is not Shortcut dot dot 1, but Shortcut tap tap 1. The tap tap produces just one dot. Thus for a split second before it disappears you should see:

As a last resort, hard reset and try it. If it doesn't work then, you're doing something wrong or you have a bad visor.

Are you doing the . . 1 inside a text entry field, like a blank memo? Try that to see if it helps.
