I'm having trouble with my City Time app. As soon as the app loads and the graphic of the map with day/night shadings is completed I get a "Fatal Exception" alert and have to reset. I've tried the soft reset, hard reset , restoring from the backup module and restoring from the desktop, each several times with no luck. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas what to try next?

Are you running any hacks (hackmaster, evplugbase)? If you are, delete them and try again.

If not...hmmmm....

When you got your Prism, did you restore a VDX backup to it or did you start from scratch?

I did mine from scratch and have no problems with it running any app (save for those currently not supporting the Prism).

If you did dump a backup from another Palm OS device, maybe you should backup and empty the backup directory on your PC, do a hard reset on your Prism and try reinstalling your apps from scratch.

Almost forgot. Did you install another version of City Time onto your Prism?
