Edge battery charging

Just got an edge to replace my broken platinum. Really nice! But, is it better to run down the battery through normal use almost to the end, or to "top it off" on a daily basis. Not sure the pros and cons of each approach. Any data? Thanks!

Top it off as often as is convenient (I charge mine every day or two when I hotsync). Lithium Ion batteries work better that way according to everything I've heard. They don't handle frequent full discharges well.

I'll third that. LiIons like to be kept topped off. It will not hurt them
to run them down to the warning voltage. Just try not to do it
every day.
